Customer service never responds
Purchased an eSIM and it was never delivered to my email. Been chasing their customer service WhatsApp for 8 hours. despite that their WhatsApp never replies. I only got the email 12 hours later. Don’t do this if you need an immediate support of their service.

As title, this version installed on my new iPhone 15 (iOS 17.0.2) and the bell located behind the battery icon. My brother upgraded the app from old version and no such problem on iPhone 14 Pro (iOS 17.0.2).

Had trouble topping up with unstable connection while abroad and ended up being over-charged. Customer service refuses to make an adjustment or give credit because they “did a test and couldn’t replicate the issue”. Their promotions are also deceptive and poorly worded

Frustrated
If u encounter any problem overseas with your connection, forget about their customer service as the bot will only give very generic reply which is of zero help to you. Also they say only the days you use your data will be counted as a day, totally not true!!! I was in my hotel for 4 days using wifi only and on the 5th day when i went out my data failed after using it for 4 hours! Thank goodness the restaurant gave me access to their company’s wifi, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get an Uber back to hotel and will freeze myself off in -10°c !!!! Not sure how i can get to speak to a staff from the company, and no idea if they care about reading this or not. So beware!
