Unreliable.
The service has gone downhill. The last two times I’ve used Birdie, I have been very disappointed. Once no one showed and most recently the stylist showed up over 20 minutes late, not leaving enough time to complete the service. She didn’t bother to let me know she’d be late. I’ve tried to contact Birdie multiple times to resolve the issue with no return communication. Buyer beware!!!!

Great experience
I was having issues using the app to schedule, but really wanted a Sunday cut on short notice so reached out under help. I was contact via text and was scheduled directly through there, even a reschedule after a last minute change in plans!
Jaiden warned me before he arrived so I could quick wet my hair and make sure my obnoxious dog didn’t bark and wake up my sleeping three year old when he arrived.
He cleaned up the cut as he was going and honestly I forgot to even follow up after him to clean up when he left because it was already totally clean!
My three year old decided to climb out of her crib for the first time (on the second floor) for the first time about halfway through. He had no problem letting me fetch my silly baby and worked around her sitting on my lap for a majority of the blow out portion.
Above that, he was lovely to talk to and provided some professional guidance on not only my hair but also my curly red headed toddler.
A+ I’ll today do it again. It was so easy (cut and blow out) that will be my go-to in the future, and casual blowouts for sure.
I strongly requested hair coloring services next, maybe sometime soon ☺️

Easy, affordable and safe!
I’ve used this service a couple of times and I highly recommend it! I had a stylist do my daughter’s hair once and another time and we were both so pleased with our looks. Also, most recently I used during Covid and the stylist washed her hands upon arrival, wore a mask and Sanitized instruments. I felt as safe as possible! Don’t hesitate - get your Birdie on ;)
