One month & nothing
After a month of scheduling different appointments with the only pros on my area all I get back are requests expired. Now my credit card was just charged $500 out of the blue. Minimal to zero responses to my customer service messages. They will not answer the phone. Ever. I’m having a hard time believing that they’re an actual business offering a service.

Very unorganized
I have been going back and forth with emails and only getting the run around. I changed states and needed to update my state and license. No one is updating it. I sent in my new license and then I got an email saying it was expired and it’s not. The phone number does not work for customer support. Very frustrated with this app.

APP didn’t work. Support do not respond on a emailed or massages.
I registered a few months ago and still can not use this app, because they need approve my account but it didn’t happened. I massage them 4 times on email and in chat bot, still they didn’t respond. NOTHING!!!!! This app still working or dead?!
Unresponsive Buttons on App
Your app doesn't seem to be very compatible with my Mom's IPhone. Every time I try to set up a password for it, it doesn't seem to work. It's also very unclear as to what your office hours are to speak to a customer service agent when we're having problems setting up the app. You need to fix this problem at once. When was the last time you did any QA to fix the bugs in this app. It's not responsive to certain buttons when touched on certain devices like my moms phone and IPad.

Terrible App for Creators
As a creator myself i found this app very frustrating to use. Which means this lack of quality reflects to the user. In my opinion anyone that uses this isn’t a true professional because if they were the problems would be apparent right away. I have followed up with customer service many times about my complaints and have found their responses lacking. The only upside to this app is their beautiful UI. However i’m not on this app for its aesthetics. I will leave a better review when they decide to listen to their creators criticism.
