One month & nothing
After a month of scheduling different appointments with the only pros on my area all I get back are requests expired. Now my credit card was just charged $500 out of the blue. Minimal to zero responses to my customer service messages. They will not answer the phone. Ever. I’m having a hard time believing that they’re an actual business offering a service.

Very unorganized
I have been going back and forth with emails and only getting the run around. I changed states and needed to update my state and license. No one is updating it. I sent in my new license and then I got an email saying it was expired and it’s not. The phone number does not work for customer support. Very frustrated with this app.

APP didn’t work. Support do not respond on a emailed or massages.
I registered a few months ago and still can not use this app, because they need approve my account but it didn’t happened. I massage them 4 times on email and in chat bot, still they didn’t respond. NOTHING!!!!! This app still working or dead?!
Unresponsive Buttons on App
Your app doesn't seem to be very compatible with my Mom's IPhone. Every time I try to set up a password for it, it doesn't seem to work. It's also very unclear as to what your office hours are to speak to a customer service agent when we're having problems setting up the app. You need to fix this problem at once. When was the last time you did any QA to fix the bugs in this app. It's not responsive to certain buttons when touched on certain devices like my moms phone and IPad.

Terrible App for Creators
As a creator myself i found this app very frustrating to use. Which means this lack of quality reflects to the user. In my opinion anyone that uses this isn’t a true professional because if they were the problems would be apparent right away. I have followed up with customer service many times about my complaints and have found their responses lacking. The only upside to this app is their beautiful UI. However i’m not on this app for its aesthetics. I will leave a better review when they decide to listen to their creators criticism.

I have no idea how to use this app. They signed me up not a word since.
I was excited to use this app
And trying to register… I get through the entire registration process and go to complete in the app crashes every single time. I came back to the App Store and every time I click on apps support, the logo flash is up and then crashes again. I don’t know what to do.
Don’t be tempted
As a professional, there are far better options for providing salon services on the go than this app. They set appointments for over the phone training then don’t call. They collect very sensitive personal information yet prohibit you from displaying your social media handles so people can see who you are. They are unresponsive and the app doesn’t not work the way it should. I don’t know about anyone else but I’m not available to provide service 24 hours a day yet you can’t set a workable schedule. I get what they’re trying to do but it just doesn’t work if you cant promote and they don’t allow you to promote

Not very efficient
I have been “a part” of Mobile styles for 6 months as a make up artist. I did on phone training and set up my books to be open(which is very complicated with the way us set up) I have not received not one appointment. I have tried to keep my schedule open for 24 hours all week and still no appointment. I have e mailed and tried to reach out to see if I’m set up correctly and there has been no response. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Won’t let me login with Facebook
Ever since the app updated, I haven’t been able to login with my Facebook. I can’t sign in with anything else because the app won’t let me. It just tells me to sign in with my Facebook account. I’ve contacted Mobile styles and they didn’t know why it was happening and they never got back to me.

Haven’t found an actual users of the app from both sides. I’m considering registering and have few questions and consents. All close to 800 reviews are praising the concept. Anyone used it yet?! Stylists?! Clients?!

Terrible app. Worst app ever. Doesn’t do anything. You won’t get appointments or nothing. You’ll just be wasting your time.
Good idea in theory
But the app is buggy as hell and the company is shady. I guarantee a significant portion of the 5 star reviews are paid.
Not an easy platform to use as a service provider
Not sure if I’m missing an easier way to set my schedule, but the platform is not convenient at all to use and the AM/PM seems to have a glitch. I’m available on Wednesday and Sundays only and it’s very inconvenient to open up my availability without scrolling through every single date and figuring out which dates are Wednesdays and Sundays. Adding services and pricing is also cumbersome. Needs to be more user friendly for those of us trying to set schedules and add our services.

I think this is a very good app and useful thing to have I have a 5 month old and just never have the time to leave home to know I can find someone near me and choose and look and profiles is a major plus ! Good job
