Location Information
The App is great but would be much better if the location of sightings were given as What3words location rather than Latitude and Longitude.
So useful
I use this app at least once or twice a week, either to ID new birds or to confirm ID on things I think I know! It’s so useful: easy and intuitive to use, and gives more than just a simple ID, including calls, and images of birds at different stages of development.

Great tool finding and spotting birds
Great way of finding and spotting birds. I use this for leashes and also with my class when out on first school or trips.
Excellent app
Congratulations on this steadily improving app. Marvellous. 1st class. Get it now!
Too many missing birds
Lots of British birds missing on this app - informed the writer - Hilary Lind who confirmed birds are deliberately left out so people will put Purchase their Birds of Britain Pro App for £12 - don’t waste your money with this. They claim to be helpful and listen to recommendations but they’re not. Use Merlin instead - the writers are always welcome there to update their lists at no extra cost - or excuse

Good App
This is a nice app. Useful info, decent pics. Altogether a really nice app. A few species could be added - Great White Egret, Mediterranean Gull and a few others, but I’m sure they will come in forthcoming upgrades. John
Some birds not listed
When I first purchased this app I thought it was fantastic however, lately when I’ve been out and tried to ID a bird, the bird has not been listed in the app, i.e., Great Egret and Twite which are both reasonably well known in the UK which is very disappointing so now I’m thinking of purchasing an alternative app so I don’t miss out on a positive ID. Sometimes a quick ID is needed while the bird is in front of you. Waiting until getting and home to Google normally means the characteristics of the bird have been lost from memory.

Great app but missing some birds
I have had this app for years and use it all the time and love it. It’s easy to use, has good quality pictures, and has all the most common birds and songs that most people will need. It’s missing some that I am interested in though, so please keep adding to the species lists, e.g. like Cirl bunting and Golden Oriole, and more song clips please (still missing for some species).

Very good app, but...
I really like this app but a cursory look showed that the Shrikes that can be seen in Britain (Red Backed and Great Grey) are missing. May find more omissions on a deeper inspection, but I hope not.
Fab little app
Was shown this by my 7yr old grandson.... They use it in their classroom and was shared as a useful tool during lockdown. What a gift!! I’m a countryside volunteer and have used it a lot with visitors.
It runs beautifully on my iPad but won’t install on my iPhone SE. Any ideas as how to fix would be very welcome.

Saving a recording??
In early stages of use but how do I save a recording?? I have taken several but none have saved, please help!!
Fun
Good app to have for identifying birds or bird song
Avian paradise
What a great app for bird lovers! It is packed with interesting information and pictures. It also helps you to identify species and find out where in the world they live. It’s just what I was after.
Britain?
As with so many apps (and books) this does not cover Northern Ireland. This is so annoying as NI is part of Britain. Wanted to look up wildfowl at Castle Espie WWT but wasn’t on the map.
I can understand that NI may be included in Ireland reference material but the app seller or developer should make this clear before purchase.
This is nothing to do with politics, it is just annoying and a waste of money.

Love hate relationship
I love the app, but it keeps crashing!
Really useful
Easy to use and so handy to know the answer to “whats that bird?” Gradually getting quite knowledgable
Roseate tern missing
Why can’t I find any info on a roseate tern?
So worth it
This is a fantastic app! Really enjoying it and it's helping me with the birds in the woods in comparison to books. Thanks :)
