Dangerously Incompetent
After a long series of poor quality work and obviously unqualified technicians it’s clear this company is an absolute liability to anyone who uses them. They charge a premium for the worst quality. Their communication has become extremely slow. I wonder if they are just going out of business at this point.

Since joining Birdwatch, I have much more peace of mind to not worry about things going wrong. The app makes it seem like have have experts within reach to help me with unexpected repairs or just preventative maintenance. Thanks! 🙏
Maintain your home the easy way
With this app, I finally have an easy way to maintain my home by utilizing BirdWatch services for repairs, enhancements, and preventive maintenance! I just take a quick picture of what needs to get addressed, type in a couple notes, and it seems like the next day a Birdwatch technician is out at my property taking care of my home!

Easy to action
Does what we need. Pretty straightforward app, it doesn’t have some of the bells and whistles in the Birdwatch web portal, but it’s pretty dead simple to submit service requests, and get notifications as things progress. Being able to message my home manager is a nice addition.
