Just a quick note for Tom Wagner, to thank him for everything he has done for our club. The stadium is the best it’s ever been, fans zones, street foods entertainment for the kids and a decent club shop, makes me so proud. I became a regular down there in the mid eighties when it was to say the least a little tired and weary but I still loved it because it was my club. They were exciting times to say the least, sometimes on the pitch also !!! The media don’t really like us in my opinion, probably for our past history of the pitch. Now those days are few and far between, we have a great multi cultural family club now, more so than before.I look forward to seeing us give the championship a good going over this season and give it a shot at going up back to back, another record for us. Thank you Chris and the team for giving us a great last season with the records that you broke, my winnings on the bet I put on you lads to go up as champions paid for this year season ticket, so catch up with me in the Main Stand Tom and Chris and I will buy you both a beer. Every time you open match centre it crashes. Every time.

I get notifications, sometimes two. Other times 5-8. I open the app & you don’t get notified what the notifications are for. The Home Screen is always the same & nothing new.
Been trying to buy tickets on the apps Home Screen. But it’s just ‘CONSTANTLY’ buffering. It’s easier to go in the the menu options, then tickets to buy some. The app needs some tweaking.

Maybe I’m using the app wrong but all I can see is info on the main men’s team( fixtures squad etc). Why not have the option to see info about the under 21’s and women’s teams too?

Any chance of having a landscape version, I use an IPAD to view this and normally have it in landscape so it’s a paint when the app reverts to portrait all the time
Shocking service from Birmingham City FC
This latest update of the app is appalling. I can log into my account and profile on the main website but my login details simply don’t work on this app. I’ve tried the reset password feature but when you use it it says password link expired even though I’d just received the email.
The absolute worst thing though is the clubs lack of customer service/ support. I’ve emailed them, phoned them, used Twitter and got no reply. And they wonder why there losing supporters. The club treat their fans terribly.

Worked fine until this last update
Tried to watch the game yesterday and after the last update doesn’t recognise my user name and password on either iPad or iPhone. The login details worked perfectly on the main BCFC website to take my money so it is definitely an issue with the app. Please fix this without delay, it’s shocking to take the money and not provide the service
