Not worth the trouble anymore
Others have referred to the change that was introduced a few months ago. Now it is very problematic in getting the newspaper to downloaded. It is very unstable and you can rarely get through the paper without some technical problem and have to start from the opening page which takes ages to appear. Today I have only managed to read three pages - the others are just blank and black. Enough is enough.

Not impressed at all
No html index is very poor. e.g. go through all the pages to read a sport item, come out, want to read the next sport item & you have to scroll through the whole newspaper to get there. Will not continue after the free trial period.

Don’t waste your money keeps crashing so you only get to read half a newspaper!
Stopped working
Totally useless now- message received out of blue saying subscription terminated with no explanation. No way to resubscribe or restore subscription. Have e mailed tablet support saying needs resolving. Waiting.......................
Failed
Ok while it worked, then had email from Apple to say my subscription had been terminated; no reason given, the Mail help link is broken and does not work and there seems to be no way to renew a subscription and no help forthcoming from ITunes or Apple.
Update does not work
My download has failed too. Got an email from Apple on 15 July saying my subscription has been suspended. No reason given. I last paid on 26th June so they owe me a week. I've tried to re-subscribe but no joy. All I get is a IAP error and cannot contact iTunes Store. I can purchase from other apps so it's not me. Who can we contact? Please sort this.

Was working ok but this morning starts to load then defaults to instruction screen.

Won't work since update can't get the update logo of the screen,have deleted the app left it for a while restored the app still can't read the evening mail what's gone wrong.still the same this morning please sort it out. This app is still not working cannot read evening mail please sort this out

As per all the previous reviews, just keeps going round in a loop! Worked fine till this supposed update on Thursday. It actually worked fine yesterday but today same as Thursday no joy. What is going on? :(

Unusable.
Just as other reviewers I find that the app cycles through a requirement to update and the App Store then back to a requirement to update in a closed loop. It has proved impossible to break into the cycle in order to open the actual paper.
Does not work!
Updated yesterday and now it just does not work tried everything. It invites me to update this takes me to the app. Store this asks me to open it and round we go tried to remove it and reinstall same problem. It is utterly hopeless.
