Won’t even load the app
I have been waiting for over 30 minutes to even get to use it. It’s been on the loading screen since I downloaded it. This app is terrible, the fact that I downloaded it and it’s such a waste of space is frustrating. I thought I would at least get to use it once but instead I’ve just had to endlessly stare at a load screen.

Their 7 minuets never end
Since I logged in to the app and provided an access to my contacts, I’ve been only seeing that it’ll be set up in 7 minutes. Today is the day 3 and I’m gonna delete the app unfortunately. It just doesn’t work.
You’ll never have an opportunity to use it
Easy to create an account but the app perpetually says that my ‘magic calendar will be ready in 7 minutes’ because I have more friends than the average user. I selected to manually add birthdays, not auto install everyone from my address book. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times and it still won’t populate. As a result, I can’t use the app, period. Complete waste of time.

Gift card never received
Sent my granddaughter a $50 Starbucks gift card for her birthday from this app. They took money from my bank account but she never ever received the card. Tried several times to contact customer service a couple of emails came back as not a valid email address. Guess I’m out the money….gave deleted the app.

Giving 5 for Visibility
I can’t even get past the calculating phase. It’s says it’ll take 7 minutes (it’s been way longer than that) and nothing. Don’t even waste your time.

I tried downloading and going through the intro flow. It stays stuck on the screen saying it will text me in 7 minutes. It never texted me. I tried closing and reopening the app, and the same thing happens.

Concerning Data Practices
Upon opening the app you are asked for your phone number, supposedly to ‘keep you secure’. The app then spends 7 minutes scouring data from various sources to find all your contact birthdays (Yes, it actually said 7 minutes and took as long). That’s when I knew I didn’t want this app having access to my data.
I also got freaked out because the prompt in the app made it sound like it was sending messages to all my contacts inviting them to join this app. Thankfully, I don’t think it did.
I decided to click the ‘delete my account’ button, but instead of my account being deleted, I was sent back to the set up prompts in an endless loop.
To the proprietor: PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAILS AND DELETE MY ACCOUNT. Thank you.
