I haven’t been able to open your app for a week as of today (13Jun23). I keep getting this message “NO INTERNET CONNECTION”, this isn’t the problem on my end; because I’ve internet & its working. HELP, HELP

When I get a notice that someone has a birthday it shows friend_html_1_other but not the name so I don’t know who’s birthday it is because it won’t open up

It lost my paid account which I had for years and can’t find. Also when trying to send a card it won’t allow me to enter the recipients email.
Can you also work on sending cards through text. Will be good.

I DID really liked & used this app. NOW it repeatedly requests me to log in. On Facebook I can not post a greeting to a specific person’s FBpage anymore. What’s the point of the app in the first place if the greeting cannot be posted to
an individual. Why would I wish all my FB friends Happy Birthday on the same daY?
