Disorganized/Misinformed
Too confusing. I’ve always redeemed birthday freebies from my favorite places. Wanted to see what else is out there but from my experience you usually have to sign up for an establishments rewards program at least a month or fees weeks before birthday. I’ve tried to show my ID and they wouldn’t accept.

I just got the app and I paid for weekly charge but it still wont let me skip that and use the app! It’s a total scam! Don’t download it!

A lot of great finds! Even has deals for non birthday wish I found it before my birthday this year! The ads are too much but worth it.
Adds and unhelpful info
There are ads that pop up way too frequently on the app that makes using it so frustrating. And you can’t just exit out of the ads immediately. It makes you watch 30 seconds of a video for some random game that nobody wants to watch before continuing to use the app.
On top of that, it makes understanding benefits and Rewards at restaurants so difficult… Could be so many better ways to format the app to make it usable. I ended up getting so frustrated with it that I just deleted it and asked ChatGPT, which did a better job.

The ads are ridiculous. It is not worth all of that hassle and annoyance. Unless you pay you’re bombarded by ads.
