Not Quite Easy To Use
I know that the developers try to make things as straightforward as possible, but sometimes there are problems. For example: I would like to simultaneously send a card by both email and phone message. Not either or, but both and, to ensure the person will receive it.

When I was testing this app, there was a way to choose auto insert a message - now I can’t see how to do that!

Don’t know why card development has been modified, but I don’t like the changes
Unable to preview premium cards
There is no longer a preview of the premium cards. I think that’s the most important feature—being able to see the cards before sending them. Just because of that, I won’t renew my subscription. I tried to submit this complaint directly in the application, but there isn’t even a submit button after you write the complaint.

Not to mention the savings that comes about versus buying a card putting on postage having to go to the post office or to the mailbox. With a push of the button you make somebody happy.

App Calendar Date Not Syncing With Phone’s Date
I am using this app for few years and I like it but the only problem I see is that the app is not syncing with the phone’s date. I live in Australia and today is 30/1 but the app is still showing 29/1 event on the top. Guessing it is considering USA date as a whole.
Something Seems Wrong
I got a birthday reminder for someone who was born in 1951. I scheduled the card, and noticed that it was automatically scheduled to be delivered on Jan 13, 1951! Is this the Premium Service I signed up for?!?
