I wanted a simple app to track my birthdays. This app looked promising but as soon as I entered more than 10 people, it asked me to upgrade. There are other birthday calendar apps that allow for many more entries

Zahlen bei Neuinstallation obwohl Lifetime- Kunde und App zur Zeit nutzlos, da Fehler

Hallo, grundsätzlich ist (war) die App in der Vollversion perfekt, da sehr einfach und gut zu bedienen!
Aber: Ich kämpfe jetzt seid 3 Monaten mit eurem Support und laufe gegen Bäume! Ich musste, weil ich die App auf meinem iPhone neu installiert habe, knapp 15,-€ für ein Jahresabo zahlen. Warum kann man nicht, wie in vielen anderen Apps, Einkäufe wiederherstellen? Jetzt laufe ich meinem Geld hinterher. NoGo!
Weiter habe ich alle Vorlagen gelöscht und eigene erstellt. Haben bis vor ca. drei Monaten auch bei der Auswahl, zB. WhatsApp funktioniert. Jetzt ist die Situation so, egal was ich aussuche, WhatsApp, Mail oder Nachricht, sich immer Nachrichten öffnet, aber ohne Vorlagetext, nur blanko. Bis heute konnte dieses nicht gefixt werden. Dadurch ist die App in sich, nutzlos!
Ich möchte jeden hier nur darauf hinweisen, überlegt euch einen Kauf sehr gut. Im jetzigen Zustand ist die App, wertlos!
Ich hab es jetzt mehrfach über den Support versucht zu klären. Ohne Erfolg, deshalb jetzt eine solche Rezension.
Werde diese gerne wieder revidieren, aber dafür seid ihr jetzt in der Pflicht!

Guten Tag, hier liegt sehr wahrscheinlich eine Verwechslung mit einer anderen App vor. Die Birthdays-App bietet kein Jahresabonnement an und es gab keinen Kontakt zu dem beschriebenen Supportfall. Auch die geschilderten Probleme lassen sich der Birthdays-App nicht zuordnen.

Quite clearly a well designed, native-feel iOS app. It integrates well with Apple and comes across as if it is was a stock app designed by Apple. The developer has put thought into the user experience and simplicity and has succeeded at that. There is nothing I can fault.

Perfect

Was using another app but it wasn’t maintained and the widget stopped working with iOS 26.
Seeing this app supported the new OS at launch gave me confidence to switch.
Very well featured and importing was painless from contacts.

Really good app, just make sure you turn on iCloud sync!

Sadly lost my data as I got a new phone and I hadn’t enabled the iCloud synchronisation within the settings. Developer reached out after I left a review to try to help, cannot fault the customer service! I will have to add my data back in manually but this is not a big problem.

Viel zu teuer

Man ködert mit 10 Namen bei uneingeschränkter App Nutzung. Aber 7.95€ für mehr . Es gibt vergleichbare Apps mit den selbe n Funktionen. Verstehe die Preisgestaltung nicht für eine App die mit wenig Aufwand programmiert wurde.

Hallo, die Birthdays-App bietet einige fortgeschrittene Funktionen, wurde in den letzten Jahren mehr als 100 Mal aktualisiert und es ist geplant, dass die App auch langfristig regelmäßig aktualisiert und weiterentwickelt wird. Sie ist keineswegs „mit wenig Aufwand“ entwickelt worden. Du kannst alle Funktionen der App kostenlos testen. Wenn sie dir gefällt, kannst du mit dem einmaligen Kauf von Birthdays+ auf die uneingeschränkte Version upgraden. Ich denke, das ist fair.

This app is hands down the best birthday app I could find, and integrates very well with apple, and feels like a system app.
Great customization, importing from contacts and to calendar, controls like any other apple app, and overall good.
The only downside is you can only add up to 10 people with the free version.

Can’t add more than 10 birthdays

I was so excited to have an app to organize bdays but this is so annoying because i cant have more that 10 birthdays stored in this app! if i want to get more then 10 i have to get birthdays+🙄

You can try all features of the app for free. If you like it, you can upgrade to the unrestricted version with the one-time purchase of Birthdays+. I think that’s fair.

Quality app that does exactly what you’d expect from a birthdays app. No personal data collected, no ads, great support and no rotten subscription models. I only wish more developers would take example from this guy. Kudos.
