Jeweller name
While checking the huid it does not display the jeweller name from whom the jewellery was purchased rather some numerical jeweller registration comes up and there is no means to verify this displayed jeweller registration number. So how we ensure this huid is displaying details of our jewellery and that the jeweller has not fooled us by duplicating some other jewellers huid . For consumer it is difficult to verify the authenticity without the jeweller name

Need to provide more information
Should also provide jewellers name and weight of the ornament.
Like if it’s a diamond or gemstone gold jewellery then it should weight of gold excluding stone weight.

App not showing the result
Past a week the app is not working. When we enter 6 digit huid and click search the app doesnt show any details. It just gets blank.

The app isn’t working on an iOS device and we are not able to check and verify the gold HUID
Huid verification is not working
For the last 2-3 days, the bis app is not working on the iPhone, no information about huid is being received in huid verification. Please fix this.

After selecting Verify HUID from app, then entering HUID and after that when I click on search.. it doesn’t provide me details.. I was in jwellers shop and tried on multiple HUIDs.

Verify HUID not working on IOS 15
I am using 6s plus phone which has IOS 15 only. When I enter the HUID in verify screen, the result is not loaded. Empty screen shown. Please check.

It’s 2023 and there are lots of fake electronics product and definitely this is the one of the application in which we can verify if that product is legit
Need jeweller name back
Latest app version removed name of the jeweller when verifying HUD. We need name of the jeweller back to verify that we are buying from the jeweller who got HUD in their name. Otherwise nobody knows who the original jeweller is and if multiple hands changing jewellery then they play with making charges to increase price of jewellery.
