The app doesn’t show all of the financial, cards and payments information most of the times, I have one credit card that I pay for through the app every month but it doesn’t show in my cards tab, also I have a finance account that used to show in previous versions but not any more besides the lagging when switching between pages

في حال التحويل الدولي واختيار تصنيف الغرض (شخصي) ثم خانه الهدف من التحويل يجب اختيار الهدف لا يوجد خيار ( حساب شخصي) أو (خيار "اخرى" للكتابة) الخيارات محصورة فقط في: رواتب - مساهمات خيرية - الدعم الأسري - شراء عقارات المقيمين للعقارات بالخارج- شراء غير المقيمين عقارات داخل الدولة.

SMS messages not working
For users outside the kingdom of Bahrain , SMS messages are not working and causing bad experience and not being able to access the app. Writing this review from Saudi Arabia

إذا التطبيق يعجز أن يرسل أرقام الدخول للجوال كيف راح نفتح حساب مع أن جوالي STC وهي كبرى شركات الاتصالات في المنطقة..الحقيقة مستوى كفاءة التطبيق ومرونته مخجل إلى أبعد حد
خدمه جدا سيئة
الخدمه غير مرضيه للأسف ولا يتوائم مع البنوك الأخرى تعنت في خدمه من غير سبب في فتح الحساب

اذا بسجل يقول تأكد من الهوية ورفض اربع محاولات وبعدها قفل التسجيل ويقول ( نرجو زيارة الفرع لاستكمال طلبك ) وانا فاضي اروح للبحرين وهو مكان بعيد جداً مني .! وارجو انهم ما يعقدون الامور اكثر مما ينبغي

For sure you guys have come a long way and some features are absolutely great and thoughtful
The problem I am having is the UI is broken for iPhone 14pro max. The. Menu options at the bottom of the screen are now inoperable like payments transfer. This has been the case for sometime and recently it has gotten worse. Hope you can fix this quickly

Bad app
Your app is so bad every time I have to log in by typing the password although the password is saved but the app says it’s incorrect and I have to wait for a message to confirm because for some reason the Face ID doesn’t work also.
And also I made a PayPal account in the app and I can’t use it because it always says error.

The app has come a long way
The first version was a total flop. But this bank is determined to make things better. As of 2021, the app is quite solid, feels snappy and is very stable.
I only wish third party app authentication was an option. Like Google Auth or Due. I travel frequently and my Bahraini phone line won’t be necessarily functioning to recieve OTPs over SMS. Besides, SMS authentication is less secure due to the possibility of “Sim Jacking”.
Other than that, this is one of the best Banking apps in Bahrain.
