1st Experience
This was my first time visiting Biscuit Belly, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. I treated a friend to breakfast for her birthday after she had heard great things about the restaurant, and it absolutely lived up to the hype.
I called ahead to confirm their hours, and Anthony answered the phone. He was so friendly. I could literally feel the smile through the phone. When we arrived, we had the pleasure of meeting Anthony in person, and he took excellent care of us.
Tuan took our order and was equally wonderful. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different dishes with a genuine smile, which made the experience even better.
Great food, great service, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. We will most definitely be back and will be sharing our experience with friends and family!

Since my last order (1 week ago), I can no longer login to the app. It asks for a phone number, you put it in, the screen reloads. You’re stuck in an endless loop.

I’m stuck putting in my phone number over and over again. Since the ownership changed, the app hasn’t worked correctly/smoothly.
Scam
This stupid app logged me out when I was one order away from a free biscuit and then tells me I never had an account with them. I believe it was originally set up under my phone number but when I went to log back in it only had the option to put in an email. I put in the email I usually use but it told me there was never an account under that email so I had to start back at 0. Don’t plan on using this app or going back to biscuit belly any time soon.

Good coffee and great food
I had the Fire in your belly and enjoyed it. The biscuit and fried chicken were excellent and the spice was quite tasty. The staff was excellent and very friendly. I had mentioned to the cashier/order taker that it was my first time and she appeared pleased to welcome me. She also took the time to stop by my table to see how I liked my first experience. I plan on being a regular customer so I joined the rewards program.

We are new to the area and have been here twice. We have added BB to our top five restaurants. Great menu and we have enjoyed every morsel of food. Good service as well.

Love this app, the ordering changed a while ago and it’s so much better. Been gettin rewards almost every other time I go and it’s great! Don’t sleep on this!
Clean the Restaurant
Love this place but please clean the tables and sweep the floor.
Visit at least once every weekend. Tables are always dirty, had to clean before we could be seated anywhere.

My food was not good. The cashier didn’t even ask for my phone number in order to be the loyalty rewards. I showed her that I had the app and request the free Bonita but she looked at it and agreed but then I was charged. I definitely would need to think again about returning.

Gave me the wrong order and have still not received my refund a week later.
A week ago I bought breakfast, spending $48 on. Upon entering the store, saying my name, receiving my order and driving home, I realize it’s not my name. My drink had my name on it but the food had someone else’s name. I called the store because the order I was given was half the price I payed. They said they were refunding the money and leaving me with some coupons for next time. I still have yet to receive my refund on my order and $50 is a lot of money today. I don’t know why biscuit belly won’t refund my money but do not place a mobile order because it will be wrong and they won’t make it right.
