Work on this app it’s not working perfectly again
This app is working perfectly on my phone before I updated it and since when I updated it it’s has not been working on my phone again please do something about this
Was loving the app until I had to contact support
I don’t usually say much for reviews but this needed to be said! I have been using this app for the last month or so and when I first started I expected it to be similar to the other mining apps but it’s different! I was actually making a profit and I just had to watch about 20 ads a day! Now I have over a hundred dollars and was looking into cashing out but in order to pass kyc I need a dollar in usdc, which you can’t use your profits from mining on. So I contacted customer service and they were willing to help me for a fee. The route in which they wanted to use was inaccessible to me so I struggled and tried to figure out how to get it done for myself. Well, I messed up and sent the wrong token to the correct address. Because this is a noncustodial wallet, I am unable to do anything to get my money back and Grok suggested I contact customer support. The answer I received from them was rude and unprofessional and basically sorry for your loss sucker! I know they have just pocketed my $10! How rude! Not impressed! The info I was given to make my deposit was mixed information and contributed to me making the mistake I did! I am planning on getting my full weeks worth of earning in and will be cashing out and deleting this app! Like I said, I thought it was a great app and a great way to make a little side income or more if you are able but if customer service refuses to help with such a small issue, they are not who they represent themselves to be. They are greedy and unprofessional. Not a bad app! Just bad customer support! Not a bad idea or concept, just bad representation! I made a hundred bucks or so and now on to my next new adventure in the world of crypto!

Kindly upgrade the version to the reduce the ads minute to seconds,and the app should go blank anymore anyway you do well for this one ooo
Ineffective
The app is cool I haven’t cashed out yet but eventually . But I don’t like when I’m trying to open the app and it’s blank nothing is popping on my screen just the blue background and this is not the first time it’s happening I have to then wait till the next day before it opens and this makes it very difficult for me to mine cause my mining is actually set to a timer .,. Please fix this problem
