Worst app never suggest any one to use this app
Now unable to login my app, firstly was mailing them for withdrawal, then not able to sell my crypto now unable to login since 2021 i am continuously mailing them but nothing got from you guys. Just mailing them and got auto generated msg and then nothing happened, i invested lakhs in this app. Now they nothing i have in my hands. Empty hands tired face waiting for any good news but nothing i am getting

Unable to login to app since last 1 year
So pathetic application. I’m not able to login to the app since last year. I had also raised multiple concern over the mail but not resolved till now. I had invested my hard money on this. Now it feels like its gone.

Sorry to i have given you 1 star rating actually playstore don’t have negative rating option so i have to give this app 1 star i have submitted my withdrawal in the month of april but didn’t receive withdrawal yet and i am in the month of September i don’t know why app store have this application this app is chor.

From november 2022 the site is under maintainance we cany buy - sell - withdraw pls over the maintance so we do further or give you help line number Bhai ab toh market bhi up aa gaya hai ab toh update karo app aur maintanace hata do bhai yo kab tak aisa rahega pls upadate the app.

There is no provision to see the trade report and difficult to trace the order details
Some coins/token price details are down for couple of days and there is no ETA, so BUY/SELL functionality won’t work until unless they resolve
After BNS token migration, the ratio that they mentioned is not yet reflected (3-4 days time, couldn’t see that change), but their web platform updated properly.

Unable to login
I was using it for past few months but today when i opened the app it has already logged me out and i am unable to login and it is showing encountered error in otp verification

Payement got deducted but not CREDITED to wallet and even after so many request sent on app with reference no and mail is also done for this isse but even no support received from their team also

Scam! Fraud App
Once you invest some money then you can’t withdraw it, because this app always ask for account verification. From support team you also didn’t get any response or help to solve your issues. So please don’t use this app.

Cheater app. Totally fraud
I have deposited 500inr on Thursday by upi but they have not deposited in wallet. 2-3 times I have raise ticket but no resolution till now. Very pathetic customer support. They have note refunded my 500 inr neither in account nor in wallet. How we can believe on them for a huge amount. Totally scam. Be aware. Don’t add money. If u want to lose your hard earned money than only add and use this. My purpose to write this review is no one should trapped like me. it should be ban from app store

Buggy app
App is full of bugs still getting error , page not loading , unable to complete KYC and lots of error. Firstly test your app properly and then launch.

Pathetic Customer service
One star because system is not giving option for 0 or half star. Facing issue with my KYC and their customer support is like pathetic, i was waiting for resolution, but nothing happen. They just put a message that their agents are busy. I was waiting for like 6 hours for resolution but nothing happen. They don't care their customers problem.
So i choose to quit and uninstall the app.

Pathetic turn around time
Pathetic turn around time to complete a simple KYC. There are apps that complete KYC in few minutes and then there’s this app which takes over 36 hours and still doesn’t complete the process.. support is equally ridiculous when it comes to response times.
KYC issues and Support issues
They mention that KYC would be complete in minutes but Been waiting for more than 3 days for the KYC verification and get a support executive… this is stopping me from transactions and redeeming vouchers etc. Also, chat support services is abysmally pathetic. You only get the automated reply after 2 minutes from bot but nothing else.
