Coins will show as pending after 3 confirmations, and balance isn’t updating, so I can’t send coin out. Unacceptable.
EDIT response: the transaction should post on first confirmation. It took almost 20 confirmations before it was available in my wallet. Your software is unnecessarily slow.

Hi! Transactions can take a while to get confirmed and posted in the network; the transaction speed depends on the current network conditions. UPD: Kindly note that transaction processing speed depends on the current network load. When the network is busy, delays in transaction processing are usual.
Missing 2500 bch
I’m missing 2500 bch that was successfully sent two weeks ago. My wallet never updated and even after contacting support to have the exchange done, I’ve not been contacted back.

I regret downloading
I deposited some money but I can’t withdraw it. It says I need to verify my email. I’ve been doing it x10 but the app still not letting me withdraw 🤦♂️
