Unable to use app

Upon opening the app (the first time after installing), I’m presented with the option to login, sign up, or skip. Choosing skip does nothing. So I go to sign up, I put in a username and password, with my email address, and it says registration unsuccessful. Tried using different usernames in case they were taken, and different passwords in case they didn’t meet whatever unspecified parameters the app requires, but I get the same result every time.

Then I try closing the app and reopening it, you know, just in case that fixes it. I now open up to a completely white screen with an ad down at the bottom. Nothing on the screen to click, and waiting doesn’t make anything load. This is the same every time I open the app from now on.

I don’t know if the problem is with my phone or the app, but I’m inclined to believe it is the latter.

Avoid the letdown - don’t download

The app doesn’t work. You get to the sign-up page & enter your credentials, only to be told “Registration Unsuccessful!”. No feedback on why it was unsuccessful (username taken, password must have a minimum character limit, etc). You are just left staring at a the sign-up page. I’ve already deleted the app from my phone. This app gets 1 star...only because I’m not allowed to give them 0. Thank you for wasting my time.

Hi fukmibut, would you please tell me what exactly does not work? Everything runs smoothly on my side. You can switch between currencies easily a check the ticker with real-time data. The graphs and prices are still updated in a real-time and there is no issue at all. Please let me know, thanks.

Helpful App

Bitcoin: Cryptocurrency News is very informative and helpful app. This app have lots of features, Price ticker & exchange calculators is my favorite feature. When I used this app are able to track all main cryptocurrencies in one place and I know latest news about bitcoin & altcoins. I can check easily all my investments in all markets and use various exchange calculators in this app. Thanks for this helpful app.

If you’d like to remain up to date on the latest news and information on crypto currencies then you are definitely going to need this app. This app features the ability to keep of track vital information on all different crypto currencies in one simple package. Price fluctuations and changes can also be monitored using this app.

Good app

Using this app you can know online news about bitcoin and altcoin. You can calculate your profit and convert different currencies. So many good options this app’s have. I liked this app.

Lots of Helpful Information

The application had no issues downloading and installing. I love the simplicity of it. The interface looks nice. The price tracker feature is my favorite. I find all the bitcoin information and live data to be helpful when it comes to cryptocurrency.

Hi thanks for your question. We just released new update where you have a skip option so you can check the app without signing up. We are working on the feature where you will be able to buy or sell cryptocurrencies online and track your current balance inside this app and for this purpose there is a sign up where you can set your password.

Hi, thanks for you feedback. However we are not phishing app. The sign up method is because of security not because of sending news and spamming your email address. We are now working on implementation of the payment process where you will be able to purchase any cryptocurrency directly from our app and sign up method is crucial for it from the very beginning. Regarding sending news to your email address. You can find so many useful information on the web. Our goal is to bring these information to the app as you could see. There are many news in our app from different websites and also ticker, charts, graphs etc. Thanks.

You have to create a user account to be able to use the app, which is perfectly fine, but the app won't even allow you to get past the sign-up/log-in screen.

Hi, I am sorry to hear that. I believe it's misunderstanding. The log in/sign up screen works fine. All you just need to do is to hit "Sign up" button in the very first screen after you open the app. Then fill out three columns such as your username, email address and password. After that you hit "Sign Up" and you are in the app. Please let me know if the problem persists. Thanks.
