Better than nunchuk

Great mobile btc wallet for air gapped and multisig Very easy to use Clean and nice. Improving over time

App needs work

This app needs some work. While typing, it’ll randomly delete the pin you were in the middle of entering. If you don’t tap a button EXACTLY in the right spot, it won’t register your response. Too often you get the loading screen of death that never finishes loading. Importing labels doesn’t work. It says the labels have been imported, then they’re not imported. Having to pay for miniscript functionality is weird. We’ve got Liana and Nunchuk that offer it for free… so why would I pay?? Overall, there’s some basic functionality you’d expect from a modern Bitcoin wallet, and this just doesn’t have it.

Impressive

Best key management UX of any app so far. I hated their old system. Now I love it. It is honestly very impressive. If you need to use a variety of keys with very set up methods and control that is comprehensively intuitive and doesn’t leave you asking yourself how do I do that? - this is your app. Makes custom Multisig with friends or just self fun and easy. True expression of freedom. Need to share a key? Easy.

Inheritance key feature is exciting and the easiest to use and only mobile version out there to date. Needs to extend to more than tapsigner and they are working on it. The pricing for it is nicely competitive too. Once Cold card, Jade, others can be used too (as well as advanced customization unlocked for time locking) Diamond Hands membership will be maybe the dominantly best subscription Bitcoin app wallet service that exists. The limitations of comprehensive but simple key control they have already is revealing the limits and less than clear key systems of Casa, Unchained, and Nunchuck.

I will say that the customer service communication methods is poor. Basically telegram only and you will get hit with scamming look-alikes ten ways to Sunday. I don’t know why they don’t just have a telegram style chat room in-app to avoid that like Nunchuck. I didn’t get the best responses (like at all to some questions) But I feel like that is forgivable given they seem hard at work and have been maxing out how amazing the key UX has become.

Personally the color palate of the whole app does feel slightly unpolished and just musty. Like a once popular shoebox design from the 90s. Nunchuck’s feels clean, new, fresh. If they found someone to update this to make it look cutting edge like Nunchuck my love for this app might double lol.

Nunchuck has a rollover feature for all the utxo labels that is pretty sweet. I haven’t tried that on this.
