I kept receiving the error (30) message and sent numerous emails to the customer service and won’t hear back.

Constant cash out problems
It worked well at first then every time I try and cash out under the maximum amount per cash out it constantly says there is a error 30 and to email them to correct it but by clicking on email them button it just tries to download a messenger app on my phone which I don’t want. There is no customer support as far as I can find for anything online and I have basically stopped playing it since the only way I can withdraw is if I’m over the max amount in bitcoin for withdrawals which doesn’t always work either or to keep selling my account till it finally lets me withdrawal which then after the first time I withdraw it does the same stupid thing all over again.

Normally I like these kinds of mining games so I figured why not make something from it.

Its not letting me cash out it keeps saying my cashapp isn’t set up for bitcoin but it definitely is i have bitcoin currency on there already so what do I do?

I’ve placed a ticket everyday complaining about error 30 which won’t allow me to cash out. 330 days is the max and that is worth pennies but it’s worthless if you can’t cash OUT. Updated 7/13/2026. The developer responded to my review and was able to correct the error. Withdrawal went through. Thank you!

I’ve played this game for a year or so averaging about ten cents a day. It’s fun to play and withdrawal used to be easy, but for over a week now I can’t withdrawal. I’ve sent a dozen emails with zero response. Again it’s only ten cents a day but still it’s the principle. Games still fun and I’ll continue to play in the hood I’ll be able to withdrawal again eventually

Great for accumulating, but lately nothing
As much as I have loved having this app on my phone for at least two or even three years, I’ve been having major issues with not only not getting the withdrawals at all, but no one has even responded to my emails and I find it very unusual that that is the case. I’ve been sending requests that I keep getting an error on my phone.
I was able to get one withdrawal in last week after you sent the message but to be honest no one has been responding to my emails and now this is becoming a problem. I’m hoping it’s got nothing to do with my phone, but to be honest this is becoming inconvenient

When I see on AD is fake and Chinese culture steals from people who play games on apps
App might be finished
The app doesn’t have an option to watch ads anymore and whatever crypto I earned is no longer visible. There’s no way to check out my earned currency to my cashapp or any other app. I think the app might be finished and offline.

ZBD App isn’t available in Canada, so while the app is okay (despite being a clicker), all the sat you gain (which isn’t insignificant) goes nowhere but to an app that you can’t verify yourself to withdraw.

Pretty fun, a little confusing trying to figure out what your supposed to actually be doing but it’s pretty cool to be actually earning some real bitcoins
