Withdrawal issues
I have submitted like three withdrawal request and every single one of them has been stuck in the first stage at 17% for over a week now why would you create an app saying how easy it is the withdrawal and mine if it has issues as well as when you go to withdrawal, the withdrawal does not go through it stays on first step as as well as as the customer service when I tried getting in contact with them. I was in queue for eight hours and nobody responded.

They keep deducting money for your subscription and when you reach the point where you can withdraw, they wipe away any balance you have mined and start to ignore you. No response from customer service, only a stupid AI chat assistant that keeps suggesting the same things that makes it more unbearable. It feels like they are laughing at you.
