Needs serious improvement and less falsifications
Honestly the money was growing at a rapid pace, after I pored over $250 into the app. Now where my issue is, it’s the fact that
1. I reached min withdrawal and it’s not allowing me to withdraw (looking like a scam)
2. Customer support is not really supporting me. No reply no concern to the fact that I have over $10000 waiting.
3. I can’t transfer my balances anywhere.
If my withdrawal is successful I will gladly change my opinion. But for now you guys are not looking reliable and moreover FRAUDULENT

I downloaded this app because it appeared to offer Bitcoin mining and showed a growing BTC balance. My account eventually displayed around 0.115 BTC, with a withdrawal minimum of 0.1024 BTC + 1% fee.
I spent real money on in-app items including fuel/gems and support because I believed the BTC balance shown in the app was genuine and would eventually be available for withdrawal.
When I reached the withdrawal amount and attempted to withdraw, I was told my account was “under investigation.” I have repeatedly contacted support, provided screenshots and asked for an explanation, but I still have not been able to withdraw the BTC displayed in my account.
I have never deposited BTC into this app, which makes me extremely concerned about whether the BTC balance displayed is actually backed by real Bitcoin on the blockchain.
I am posting this review to warn other customers. Please do not spend money based solely on a cryptocurrency balance displayed inside an app until you can independently verify that the funds actually exist and can be withdrawn.
Apple, I strongly ask that you investigate this app and its in-app purchases urgently.
I have retained screenshots, receipts, support conversations and other relevant evidence. I am reporting this matter to the appropriate authorities and consumer-protection organisations, and all relevant information and evidence will be provided to them for investigation.
If this is a legitimate service, I expect a clear explanation and a genuine resolution. If there is wrongdoing, I expect the appropriate authorities to investigate and take whatever action is necessary to protect other customers.
Please think carefully before spending your money on this app.

I love this app…I had to get a new phone and signed back into my account with the same iCloud account & EVERYTHING I had already earned was gone. Truly heartbroken over this. Idk if I can continue on with this app.
SCAM - Please Report to Apple and FTC
Contact Internet Complaint Crime Center to file a report. Also file with Apple!This app is a scam! They wouldn’t let me cash out at the threshold and then they stole my bitcoin and reset my account. They then blocked me from contacting support! Their website does not work.

It’s a fake mining app. They just want you to mine for them. Once you reach payout threshold they say your account is under review and after awhile they take all the Satoshi that you earned.

I originally got this app 2 months ago. I threw some money at it, not a ton, but around $40. And spent 2 months making sure to log on every day and watch the adds and claim the free help. Doing that for 60 days I finally made it to 1/5th of the way to the withdraw limit. I don’t want to rate this app low because I really liked it compared to others until this morning even though I was using my Apple ID for my account- I got on and 2,000,000sats were gone my entire account read 0.00000. I logged out and it took forever before it would log me back in again and now it’s saying I’m a new user… I’m frustrated and sad because I had high hopes. My money was stolen that I used for purchases and all that time wasted and now the only reason I’m leaving is a review is because I am not finding any support. I’d like to delete this low rating and give it a 5 star review but for now it is 0 stars. The terms and conditions claim they are fair and transparent so I’m hoping they resolve this otherwise there is a major issue.

After the UI update, all my miners got wiped, so I restarted on an actual Apple Account, and now it seems their servers are down since I can’t log back in even on Apple after I panicked since both my bitcoin and miners disappeared, Please Fix!!!

Today I reported this app and developer to the apple on private message chat support to ban and block this app and i ready asck the Apple to make sure i get refunded from this scam. Please stay away from this .i had 0.03 BTC is gone empty mi balance

I have been mining btc on this app for months. randomly once i become close to the withdrawal threshold all of my miners and my btc disappeared. be weary. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! luckily i didn’t put any money in.

This app looks like a scam; just as I was about to withdraw my BTC, a network error occurred and I couldn't log in.

Do not waste your time or money, they have a crazy withdraw minimum that takes around a year to get to if you don’t spend money but once you reach the minimum they put your account under review for around a month and then wipe you account and start you back from zero you lose all bitcoin mined and all miners, this app is a scam and the people that run it are a joke. I pray for the day they get thrown behind bars for stealing peoples money DONT SPEND ANY MONEY OR WASTE YOUR TIME

I’ve using this app for over a year collecting a nice amount of bitcoin. I was over the withdraw limit which was 0.15 BTC but they kept saying that my account was under review and to contact support. Which is funny, they were the support. I tried waiting and trying again, but kept getting the same messages for day. Then boom! Nothing in my account, my name changed and my account emptied! This is the second time as I thought it was a glitch from their update. No. They plan this and take your hard earned profits, making it look like it is out of their hands. I WARN YOU NOT TO DOWNLOAD AS YOU WILL LOOSE EVERYTHING YOU EARN!!! These guys are scammers!!! And Apple won’t do anything about it!! Good luck

Stolen BTC
Got to their minimum 0.1024btc withdrawal requirement and they then pulled the rug from me and reset me back to 0. Avoid this app at all costs! Waste of 10 months on this app!

Basically a scam. As soon as you reach limit to withdrawl they put a review block on account and support just replies one message at a time every 24 hours or so completely clueless with no help telling you you need full account id which of course you can’t get its part redacted lol. But you are using account in app to ask for support but they don’t care and it’s always just a bit longer. It’s been over 3 full weeks. Nothing.

Bitcoin went “missing”
I used this app for years, building up my bitcoin, then when I was getting ready to cash out, my bitcoin was all of a sudden just gone! Along with all my miners! I contacted customer support 9 days ago, asking them for their assistance, and it’s just like a loop of questions and no one actually helps. I’ve explained everything to them 5 times now! And I’m still not getting help! This app used to be legit, but now it’s a SCAM…don’t waste your money or time
