I keep getting disconnected, connecting, conflict, connected disconnected

Just constantly disconnects and reconnects every second and doesn’t show any prices for Bitcoin. I thought this was a working app I paid for. Just bought it 15 min ago can you refund or help me?

Unreliable service

Hard to connect, often disconnecting. Frozen data feed...I hope the creator fix the issues soon as this is a paid app.
