The Angler's Almanac for iPhone. Twenty-two species written up in full: how they fight, where they hold, what they take, and the tackle that will land one. The book is paid for by fishing — land a species and its page opens at once, and every fifteen fish of any kind open another. Plus: what is feeding at this hour, a home-screen widget for it, an optional nudge on the watch at the evening bite when you have been away, a mirrored layout for a crown worn on the left, and the whole game in eight languages.
