App does not support PEAQ
Bitget Wallet does not support the peaq network. I hold PEAQ tokens and the app shows a zero balance even after reinstalling and restoring from my seed phrase. Bitget’s own support confirmed in writing that peaq was never officially supported — the balance display doesn’t work with PEAQ. My funds are safe on-chain, but this app is not a reliable wallet for peaq holders.

Good wallet.
Been using for a couple of weeks. I’m getting the cash back using the card. Straight forward. We should have a way to pay with GBP in UK.

Poor Service and poor customer service
I paid for a virtual number using my Bitget Wallet Mastercard, but the merchant never delivered the service and stopped responding to my messages. I contacted Bitget Wallet for help, but I was told I need to pay a $25 dispute fee to start the chargeback process, even though my transaction was only around $15. This experience has been very disappointing. I hope Bitget Wallet reviews its dispute policy and provides better protection for customers in cases where merchants fail to deliver the purchased service.
