Low fees and everything man!
Poor Service and poor customer service
I paid for a virtual number using my Bitget Wallet Mastercard, but the merchant never delivered the service and stopped responding to my messages. I contacted Bitget Wallet for help, but I was told I need to pay a $25 dispute fee to start the chargeback process, even though my transaction was only around $15. This experience has been very disappointing. I hope Bitget Wallet reviews its dispute policy and provides better protection for customers in cases where merchants fail to deliver the purchased service.
