Lost My Key
I didn’t put any money or bitcoin in. I lost my key. Once lost, you cannot get it back and you cannot start a new account. Once this happens the app is useless.

I use this Bitcoin wallet!
Simple and clear address list, I can find and view my keys. All the wallet data is encrypted and synced using my iCloud I can see the key pair document . The pure wallet design let me can use this app even there is no internet connection.

Total Garbage... user unfriendly
I tried to use this wallet. I really wanted to like it since it seemed simple. But it's completely useless.
1. After the QR doesn't read properly and parse your left with having to do things manually.
2. They claim to only want .0001 BTC per transaction, but if you try and send balance of wallet to another address and leave the transaction fee.. it won't allow you. So you have no idea what the app or developer is keeping. It's. A complete fail.
3. Once you sign the transaction you the. Must submit it yourself to the network. Really? That's not simple and what are they keeping the fee for.
Don't use this app. Even with the last update all the problems still exist.

Every Bitcoin users should have know these fees go to Miner. These fees do NOT go to BitKey. Very Very sad to receive this comment.
Bad App, No means to contact developer or support , taking people's coins hostage
I am still trying to withdraw the $3000 I saved in bitkey. After I added money to the account , I have not been able to withdraw it. It just creates incomplete transactions and even though transactions have been canceled at the receiver end it's not canceled at my end and my money is still stuck and even worse is. Now

The app is just a local-private-key-management tool. Unlike other wallet/exchanges , the app maintains the original Bitcoin work-flow explicited. You need to sign the tx with your private key and then broadcast it manually to the bitcoin network.
Scam!!!
I installed app, put $$ in now it won't let me withdraw funds....it only lets you add funds app kicks you out if you try and withdraw it kicks you out if you try and scan anything
