Low quality app, confusing sign up
The entire process of joining Bitkub was confusing, the application is very basic, and when I tried to send BTC to my wallet it would not provide a correct address for receiving the transaction. It does not function as a normal crypto wallet. I contacted Bitkub support by email. I received a confusing message made with a bad quality translation, stating I had to contact some third party company to make my wallet function! The information was vague, the email they sent for me to use was incorrect, and after 5 days of this I still cannot use my wallet. I have no idea why it won’t receive. They also list their coins with a K in front, like KBTC, and I do not know if this is real Bitcoin or some linked coin. The instructions and information on their website and application are effectively useless. I cannot recommend this service. It is poorly designed as an application, confusing and not like other apps. I only tried Bitkub because Binance won’t transfer to Thai banks, which is strange considering that Thailand has declared itself a crypto hub.
