I had previously purchased several expansion packs and even god mode a few years back, same icloud account and everything. I went to restore purchases and didn’t keep any of them except for the special careers like basketball or politician. I am missing so many additional DLC’s I have and I’ve tried everything to restore them. Maybe support can help here, but otherwise I’m out a lot of money for nothing

I love the game but half the time I’m playing, I’m not actually playing. That’s why I stoped playing last time, and the adds are even worse now. Also you see adds in the game all the time, and it force opens the link to it and I didn’t ask for that.

To preface what I’m about to say I have fully updated the app and even updated my phone which is also a iPhone 16e which means the newest update is available to me. Creators, please listen when I say; DO. BETTER. I love BitLife and have been playing since like 2018, back when the only in game purchase was Bitizenship. I remember being excited about god mode being released; And as a long standing customer and player, BitLife do better. I was grandfathered in with a good deal of my purchases as many other early players. However I feel that the creators are hell bent on finding ways around the not having us early players pay for things. There are things that come out that SHOULD BE a Job Pack, but they’re not labeled that way so early players still have to pay. I wasn’t going to post anything negative though until I opened my game today. You see when BitPass became available, I bought it. Except now the app is advertising that I buy the BitPass AGAIN??? Absolutely ridiculous for the developers to suggest such a an idiotic idea. At this point the game is a scam. I could buy a full on meal with the prices that you have listed. I miss the old BitLife, I understand that there has been a company merger and that can absolutely change things for a game. But that is simply no excuse for extorting people who genuinely just want to play your game. It’s absolutely criminal.

I actually really love this game but it’s expensive you can’t do a lot of stuff without expansion packs and if you buy them and switch brands like me you won’t be able to use them anymore. I would say I spent at LEAST $20 dollars on this game and now it’s all gone to waste. Until I get my stuff back I will not be playing and I would encourage anyone who reads this to just not play the game unless they want to risk losing money.

A Game I’ve Grown Up With
I’ve been playing BitLife since I was in 8th grade, back before we even had customizable skin tones. Watching this game evolve has honestly been so cool. I never imagined a mobile game would have me this emotionally invested.
My current character, Alyssa, is 97 years old. She started out wanting to be a musician, ended up becoming a brain surgeon, later became a college dean just because she was bored, survived a failed marriage, overcame alcoholism, adopted a son in her late 50s, built a real estate empire, and found the love of her life at 75. Now I’m genuinely hoping she lives long enough to see her son graduate from medical school.
I know she’s just a BitLife character, but somehow she’s become so much more than that. I’ve spent days building her story, and I actually teared up thinking about her eventually passing away.
That’s what I appreciate most about BitLife. It gives you enough freedom to create lives that feel unique instead of feeling like you’re repeating the same gameplay over and over.
The one thing I’d love to see is a true legacy update. I’d love to switch between heirs instead of choosing only one, pass down family heirlooms like jewelry, and keep a family history that lasts for generations. I think it would make the storytelling even better.
Thank you for making a game I’ve kept coming back to all these years. That’s not something many mobile games can say.
