3D art style falls flatter than 2D
Hate the art style. Bitmoji, please bring back black outlines! I hate using it now. It looks stupid. Not cute anymore.

Stickers aren’t loading connection error
There is a connection error while I logged in and opened the app the stickers aren’t loading and when I press on store there’s an error message that says that I have a connection error which I don’t cause I checked my Wifi connection and everything is fine.

Why Bitmoji, WHYYY!!!!
I used to LOVE this app. It was fun to customize your own character and make little emojis out of them. Why, js WHY did Bitmoji have to change it to these weird looking 3D avatars?? The reason I loved the 2D avatars was because it looked more like an emoji! It also didn’t look as weird imo. Oh well, unless Bitmoji changes the avatars back, I’m keeping this review a 3 star. I wish that they let us have an option between the 2D and 3D (although I think we all agree that we want the old version back) And the app itself is fine and I really enjoy it! Buttt, I do not love the 3D avatars! 😫

It used to be an amazing app...
Bitmoji was the only avatar app with cute stickers and personal avatars that was completely free while looking great. Then, one day the whole app changed into this 3D avatar thing, which looks HORRENDOUS! Now, I look so horrible on there that whenever I text my friends using it they ask me what the heck I'm using, and not in a nice way. Please change the avatars back to the 2D ones and maybe everyone will use it again.

There have been no recent updates. Bitmoji lost the chance to add FIFA World Cup apparel for avatars. It’s a shame

This unwanted and disturbing-looking 3D rendering that started a few years ago has turned me off to the product. I haven’t updated the app in years however some 3D remodels of my bitmoji have wormed their way into my app somehow. I refuse to send a 3D re-rendering of my 2D bitmoji because they look nothing alike. Some are still 2D. I’ll use those 2D ones that are lingering but the rest can just be deleted if you’re not going to allow me to toggle-off the horrid-looking 3D renders. 0 stars. Give US the option of toggling off 3D if we choose to.

Being back the 2D!
The original 2D Bitmojis were so cute and charming! The app seems to have removed the option of using them to force users to only use the 3D avatar.
The 3D avatar is oddly angular and looks nothing like the 2D Bitmoji and doesn’t feel like it’s a representation of you anymore. It’s like its own entity. When I want to use a Bitmoji, I try to search for one I like and just end up giving up and not even using it anymore bc the 3D version just looks bad.

They are STILL showing 2d avatars in their promotional pics when these are no longer available. Have been doing so for over a year now. It’s so misleading, advertising something that they do not offer.

Not what it used to be
I’m pretty sure my previous review got deleted so i’m here again to inform others. In the past I used this app all the time with family and friends. My 2D character looked just like me and the stickers were cute and customizable. When they made the switch to the ugly 3D characters I deleted the app and haven’t returned since. It’s a shame.

Stopped Using
Bitmoji is much than the bitstrips. My avatar had a giant head and she was so cute. She was even a plus sized chic like me. I lived her as did my family. I could change her clothes; the things that she could say was totally cool to insert in conversations. I had the best time with her. Some of my siblings even had bitstrip characters but you all did ruin a really really really good thing.
