FAQ

What does the Bitrix24 OTP app do?

The Bitrix24 OTP app generates one-time password (OTP) codes. These codes are used as a second step in the authorization process for Bitrix24 and other Bitrix products, providing an additional layer of security to your account.

How does this app protect my account?

It enhances your account security by implementing two-step authorization. Even if your regular password is stolen, a hacker would still need the unique, time-sensitive one-time code generated by this app to gain access.

Is the Bitrix24 OTP app free to use?

Yes, the application is free to install and use. There are no associated costs for generating one-time codes or for its core functionality.

Can I use this app for multiple accounts?

Yes, the application is designed to support several accounts simultaneously. This allows you to manage OTP codes for different Bitrix24 instances or other compatible Bitrix products from a single app.

Do I need an internet connection to generate codes?

No, one of the key features of this app is its ability to generate one-time codes even without an active network connection. This ensures you can always access your account, regardless of your internet availability.
