when i had this app it absolutely sucked. the app would not register my settings for my trades and one time led to me losing my entire bankroll. i have proof of everything and submitted the proof to the relevant authorities. terrible platform+they dont care

Don’t under any circumstances send crypto to Bitunix because you will never get it back ever. You open claim do everything they ask and all they do is ask for more. I’m up to 80 emails just to get back my 2000 hbar I sent. Be very Leary of this company very shady.

Last update makes it difficult to trade/unusable

Please revert back to the last version. The changes to the appositions tab under futures is awful. You added a click to actually get to the info you need (such as adding to your margin.) Then actually clicking the pencil to make changes to the margin is like throwing darts. When trading you need to make changes on the fly with speed. I no longer trust to use this app.

Update BAD

Old version was way easier to use,Only update I like is you got rid of the flash close button but now the new layout is terrible I have to look everything up now I can’t just hit the actual position to get there TERRIBLE FOR EASE OF USE

New upgrade sucks

Earlier this app was literally the best in the market but with recent upgrade now it sucks . Atleast give us option to use old interface of future trading

They will freeze your withdrawal

They will claim to give you sign up bonus than mess up with your leverage. Liquidate you. I been trying to withdraw and I can’t. Hear me out stay away. I wish I could post this back and forth I’m having with them scammer

Such a clunky app

This used to be one of the most reliable apps, but in the past month or two their updates destroyed it. I’m constantly getting logged out and navigation is slower. It’s not my internet - I tested and just got 300mb speed. Half the time I get logged out on 5G cellular and half the time on wifi. Devs, whatever you’ve done in the last month or two, please take a look and figure out your app issues. I’ve always loved Bitunix, but it’s gotten very frustrating and I’m considering moving.

Support failed

I am having issues with my login the 3rd time. No on is replying back to me. I keep uploading my documents over and over again. Then the response is wait 3-5 business days. Then when I have to write to support, it asks for UID number . I can’t get my UID unless I login.

App is Garbage they try trick you little by little to get your info..they will force you to do kyc the first issue you have technically..💀 they are thieves they do not resolve issues instead they waste your time and string you along until u forget

Scam

Bitunix is a total scam. They mess with your leverage with out you knowing. I leave my leverage on 20x . I come back the next day without checking my leverage and open a trade because I figured it would be where I left it! NOPE my leverage was manipulated and was on 88x. I was curious to why I was losing money so fast so I go look at my leverage and sure enough it’s at 88x. This is by no means the first time this has happened! It’s happened plenty of times and they don’t take the blame for it and blame you and won’t refund money lost

•Ständig neue Features die andere Börsen nicht haben!
Andere Börsen: Binance, Bitget.. etc, sind im Gegensatz veraltet und kompliziert!

•Slippage bei Hoher Volatilität ist nicht/nahe zu kaum vorhanden!

•Community Vorschläge werden ernst genommen und sogar intergriert innerhalb weniger Woche/Monate, Super!
