Hello team, I have just started using this application on my iPad mini seven and I would say it’s not that much smooth or the interfaces literally not that much smooth as it is in iPhone. So I request you check it from you and make it more better version for iPad seven, so I can use it.

when i had this app it absolutely sucked. the app would not register my settings for my trades and one time led to me losing my entire bankroll. i have proof of everything and submitted the proof to the relevant authorities. terrible platform+they dont care

Don’t under any circumstances send crypto to Bitunix because you will never get it back ever. You open claim do everything they ask and all they do is ask for more. I’m up to 80 emails just to get back my 2000 hbar I sent. Be very Leary of this company very shady.

Last update makes it difficult to trade/unusable
Please revert back to the last version. The changes to the appositions tab under futures is awful. You added a click to actually get to the info you need (such as adding to your margin.) Then actually clicking the pencil to make changes to the margin is like throwing darts. When trading you need to make changes on the fly with speed. I no longer trust to use this app.

Old version was way easier to use,Only update I like is you got rid of the flash close button but now the new layout is terrible I have to look everything up now I can’t just hit the actual position to get there TERRIBLE FOR EASE OF USE
advertisement everywhere
It’s the first time I see an advertisement more than 180 seconds. And everywhere. No wonder I can see it everywhere. Because it’s either a scam or a useless app.
New upgrade sucks
Earlier this app was literally the best in the market but with recent upgrade now it sucks . Atleast give us option to use old interface of future trading

Scammers hold your crypto. Not sure if I will get it back. Them customers service are not helpful at all

Too long too many times
Such a clunky app
This used to be one of the most reliable apps, but in the past month or two their updates destroyed it. I’m constantly getting logged out and navigation is slower. It’s not my internet - I tested and just got 300mb speed. Half the time I get logged out on 5G cellular and half the time on wifi. Devs, whatever you’ve done in the last month or two, please take a look and figure out your app issues. I’ve always loved Bitunix, but it’s gotten very frustrating and I’m considering moving.
