Clunky
It’s a very basic and clunky app, a number of annoying features but the most annoying thing is each time you go into the app you have to go to your devices and select which cameras you want to view as you are presented with a blank screen every time you go into the app even though your DVR system is still linked to it.
I have stopped using it, there are far better alternatives on AppStore.

No updates
Need update. The app crash constantly. Only app good for tablet constant monitoring. Regular bitvision app work good only on phone.

Rubbish to slow to load
Terrible app
90% of the time the app doesn’t work, and this is consistent across multiple devices. The menu is not intuitive and lacks basic features like scrolling through footage to quickly find something.
Clunky amateurish
Has almost no control or customization. Shuffles actual order of cameras randomly...can’t put in order they are actually labeled and setup in DVR. Constantly have to select HD view every time I reload. This program has never been improved in years I’ve used it.
