What’s actually going on? I sent some coin for over a week now and it’s still pending, not even moving and I sent it with priority charge fee meaning it’s supposed to reflect in at most 1hr but it’s one week already

What’s actually going on? I’ve been using this app for more than a year but last week I sent btc out of my wallet and up until now it’s still processing with zero confirmation. I also tried sending again yesterday and it’s still the same thing. My wallet has been debited already and the support isn’t responding to my emails yet.
