Stole my coins?
Tried to transfer out .001 bitcoin, chose a low fee for a slow transaction and app kept doing random calculations that made the numbers add up wrong, so I could not do it. So I used another wallet to import my Bitwallet coins. And guess what, Bitwallet withdrew .001 from my account but only sent around .00066 including fees. So around $40 disappeared without explanation. Sucks to believe in Crypto even for a second!

What’s actually going on? I sent some coin for over a week now and it’s still pending, not even moving and I sent it with priority charge fee meaning it’s supposed to reflect in at most 1hr but it’s one week already
Can’t access my wallet for more than 24 hours
It’s been 24 hours and I can’t get access to my BitWallet accounts or be able to either transfer any Bitcoin or check my balance. What’s actually going on? I’ve been using this app for more than a year but last week I sent btc out of my wallet and up until now it’s still processing with zero confirmation. I also tried sending again yesterday and it’s still the same thing. My wallet has been debited already and the support isn’t responding to my emails yet. I’ve been seeing bad reviews and I’m hoping it isn’t true cos I still have coins left in my wallet
