Stole my coins?

Tried to transfer out .001 bitcoin, chose a low fee for a slow transaction and app kept doing random calculations that made the numbers add up wrong, so I could not do it. So I used another wallet to import my Bitwallet coins. And guess what, Bitwallet withdrew .001 from my account but only sent around .00066 including fees. So around $40 disappeared without explanation. Sucks to believe in Crypto even for a second!
