Very disappointed!
As of today, I’m unable to send photos to my frame. Apparently, it’s reporting more cloud storage; however, I do not see where to go to purchase cloud storage.

Das Abomodell ist dann nichtmal fair. Man kann nur für ein Jahr zahlen und ist dann auch noch auf die GB beschränkt. 2, 5 oder 10GB. Das schaff ich gefühlt mit 30 Bilder…
Das in Zeiten wo Cloudspeicher günstiger ist als jemals zuvor!

Service ended. Beware!!
After 2 years, you can no longer add photos?? States service ended, and to upgrade…. But good luck upgrading!!!

Die App funktionierte seit Jahren einwandfrei mit meinem Bilderrahmen. Allerdings wird seit einiger Zeit das Wetter nicht mehr aktualisiert obwohl WLAN besteht. Habe extra den Jahresbetrag bezahlt-dennoch funktioniert das nicht mehr. Sehr Schade…Bitte um Hilfestellung

Frame will not connect to any network. Tried power cycling, forgetting network, trying a different one, etc. Just doesn’t work

Used this for quite a while. At no point was there any indication we would eventually have to pay.

Just got a notification 2 years latter that my service has ended and I’ll have to pay annually now. Would have bought a frameo if I’d known, but feel like I’m too far in at this point to end. Feels sketchy, they should have made information more prominent upon purchase.

This company is a bunch of scammers! They do not tell their customers about the service period and are illegally extorting them. If you bought the frame, send it back now before it’s too late!!! They change company names constantly to avoid litigation.

Scaricata nel 2022 per mandare foto alla cornice comperata su Amazon senza passare da pc la trovavo comoda e fantastica ma oggi, nel 2025, ho scoperto che ho superato i gb gratis, nessuno mi aveva detto prima che poteva accadere, e devo pagare per continuare ad utilizzare la app con abbonamenti che vanno da 2 a 10 gb con scadenza annuale, ma anche no, eliminata subito, tornerò a copiare le foto con pc. Che tristezza

Do not buy. Return it ASAP
After 2 ears of sending family to my mom’s frame who live long distance from us, it told us our service had ended and now we have to pay for a subscription to send pictures to the frame. There are so many other options out there that you don’t have to pay to send pictures to. So don’t use this one. Very shady business practice!!!!!!

Leider kann man die Fotos nicht löschen. Da es schnell passieren kann das man vergisst hochkannt Fotos zu markieren, ist dann der Kopf weg und man kann es. Nicht mehr löschen. Einfach nur miserabel Programmier
DO NOT BUY THIS FRAUD
I received the frame as a gift and enjoyed it for about 2 years. I tried uploading new photos and without warning or choice was told that I had to buy a subscription to continue using the BIU Frame. This is fraud and deceptive business practice. My frame is now in the trash and I have bought a frame from a legitimate vendor.

Pay wall, really? Scam.
This was a gift for my husband for Father’s Day 2 years ago. I did not see anywhere on the reviews when I purchased the frame that there would be a pay wall after 2 years of use and that you would no longer be able to send photos because the “service” had ended. Had I known that would be a thing, I would have gone with a different frame. It’s a scam. The app has not been updated in 2 years. With as many iOS updates as has happened, this app will eventually become obsolete and not be usable, period. This product isn’t even on Amazon anymore. It’s a huge, red flag scam.

Insulted to the core
This frame is absurd, how and WHY would I be expected to pay for storage when I still got plenty of space left, which I am prohibited to use or fill to even reach the point of needing more because of the fee. I paid for a product, the least it can do it work to its full potential and then if REQUIRED by the user NEEDING MORE SPACE then ONLY THEN do I find a fee acceptable.

Holding photo frame for ransom
What started out as a free Photo Frame upload service now extorts money from users after a certain period of time. Unless you pay extra, you can no longer upload photos.
Stopped uploading
My frame worked fine & I was able to upload a lot of photos. The next day I tried adding more and it says photo sent but isn’t showing up on my frame. Memory isn’t maxed out, I tried uninstalling the app, force closing, restarting frame, signing out. Nothing is working.

Didn’t ever know there was a fee involved or wouldn’t have purchased!!

Nothing works. No connection to the frame since IOS update? Couldn’t send any photos to the frame from the app or by email ! Will there be an update?
Unable to send photos
I was enjoying frame. However, I can no longer send photos to frame. I did reboot and downloaded app again, but nothing works. Other reviews say you now have to pay? I do not see any information from company regarding payment. This is a big disappointment!
