About

Snap your fridge and get today's recipe. Open the door and take one photo. Bium recognizes your ingredients and picks dishes you can make right now with what you have. When something is missing, it tells you what to use instead, and it notes where each item sits (bottom shelf, door, crisper drawer). How it works • Photograph the whole fridge, the door shelves and the drawers. Six photos are read in under 10 seconds. • Ingredients it is sure about are switched on; uncertain ones are asked. Tap anything wrong to switch it off. • Your stock is kept like a ledger, so next time today's menu appears without a photo. • Add an expiry date and Bium reminds you as it gets close. • After cooking, mark the dish as cooked and the used ingredients are cleared. Recipes • 400+ Korean, Western, Chinese and Japanese recipes are built in and open instantly. • Missing an ingredient? See how to get the same taste with what you have (e.g. soy sauce, mirin and sugar instead of seasoned soy sauce). • Basic sauces you make once and use for weeks: seasoned soy sauce, all-purpose sauce, anchovy stock. • Public recipes from well-known chefs come with their source and video links. For families • Share one fridge with your family using an invite code: the same stock and shopping list for everyone, no login. • Kids at home? Milder dishes come first. • On a tablet, ingredients and steps sit side by side while you cook. No sign-up. Photos are used only to recognize ingredients and are not stored on our servers. Note: the app screens are currently in Korean only, and most recipes are Korean home cooking.
