Having trouble -disappointed
It worked fine for almost a month. Now the app won’t open. Tried restarting my phone and closing the app if it may have been running in the background. Ended up deleting and losing all my info. Now I tried downloading and says it sent a verification code to my email listed, but the email isn’t there. Looked in inbox, junk, and deleted boxes but no email was sent. This app was updated a couple of days ago and I wonder if the update caused this horrible result.

Retuning Scale
I’d give you zero stars but it doesn’t allow for that. The app makes this scale useless. Sending back right now.
Sending back
Just got the scale. I can get it to connect to the app for a few minutes, but I have been trying for over an hour to get it to connect to WiFi! Still unsuccessful! This if getting shipped back. There’s way too many other scales with these functions to have to spend this much time trying to get it to work!

Poor App
The Biyo scale works well but the app does not take the data from the scale. Very poor app.
Not consistent
This device is hard to set up. Doesn’t stay connected to wi-fi, having to connect every time I step on the scale. When it does connect, numbers are helpful but I notice that bluetooth disconnects once I step on scale. Family members don’t register and numbers are listed under my name. Very annoying.
