Impressive
I’ve been using this card scanning app at the office, and it’s been really impressive. It accurately captures all the details from visiting cards and completes the scan within seconds.
Extremely Accurate
I decided on this app after looking up business card reader apps on Google, one of the things that they are good at is the accuracy of their OCR. When you take a photo of a business card it goes through a verification process so it can accurately copy the data on the business card. Customer support are available on the dot and in person via chat functionality on the app. I love it it’s very handy.

Holding my contacts ransom
This was free to export contacts and that is why I started using it. Now they want me to pay $79 to export! They don’t even offer a monthly plan. If you download this app be sure to use zapier to connect your contacts to a google sheet before scanning any cards. Seems to work okay except for business cards that are lengthwise.

Useful but …
Just upgraded so I could scan more than 50 cards - I now have 135 cards waiting to be ‘verified’ and it’s been over 3 hours - perhaps not the best app for more than a handful of card scans!
Way too long
This app used to be good/great but has worsened over the years. Once I paid for the yearly subscription, it’s gone downhill since. It typically takes 24 hours, if not longer to translate a card rendering this app useless in most instances. If you reach out to support, you’ll receive the same template answers each time.

Not Viable
While accuracy is critical, the time required for this application renders it commercially unviable. After a promising initial test with one card, I purchased the full-year service and uploaded 26 additional cards—only to find they’ve been “processing” the entire business day. As the day ends, the impracticality of this delay is glaring.

Very slow. Taking too long time for verification and expensive app considering limited features.
It’s a digital era and most people share the contact using the QR codes, so this app should automatically pick such exchanged contacts using QR Code instead of exposures to manually feed in the app.
Slow and doesn’t work! And now can’t export to Excel!
I started uploading cards over two hours ago and only six have been verified out of over 80. This is a complete waste of my time because it doesn’t work and I paid $10 for nothing. Now I have to start over on a different app because I need to export these to Excel today. The chat agent keeps telling me they will verify soon… waiting over two hours is not soon! Took all night for cards to verify and now I have been exporting to Excel and Google today but nothing happens. Did my first export almost 3 hours ago and no emailed file!!

The app works well! Saved me hours inputting my business cards manually. Quick, efficient and accurate.
Good App but too slow
I use the App with it high price tag. It is good to consolidate all business card and export them in Excel and PDF but the problem is, it is toooooooo Sloooooow, scanning and confirmation takes too long. For example I scanned 30 cards yesterday afternoon and today at mid-day still 19 under verification and can not be exported. Surely I am cancelling my subscription for next year.

Subscription not granted
Payment has been received by apple at 11:18 AM on 29th November but the subscription has not started even by 6:35 after more than 7 hours.
Has saved me hours
Great app, intelligent level of scanning, has saved me hours of manual inputting. Elizabeth from the customer service team is very quick to respond and has helped me numerous times with minor issues.
One of the most useful apps
This is one of the most useful app I have used. Very glad I have download the app.
Frustrating - find another option
First, the good: the app is easy and makes quick work of scanning a stack of business cards. I like the being able create groups that my scanned cards belong to. Now the bad and why I can't recommend this app: every single time I scan cards it takes at least 24 hours or more before they are processed so I can export the data to a spreadsheet. Each time, I have to ask support for help more than once before the data is finally exportable and usable. I really wanted to give a high rating but when my annual subscription is done, I won’t renew. What good is great scanning if I can't access the data in a timely manner?

Verified by humans for accuracy
There is a paywall after 20 scans. It takes a while to “verify” accuracy of the data because this is ultimately done by hand by a human. Which actually makes for a better experience bc it’s like you have a personal assistant. However it takes a long time to get data out of the system once you scan it.

Is Better than I thought it would be
I have downloaded this app to store my physical business cards but found out it also transcribe the information on the card creating a complete digital card. I like to add the pictures next to the cards which I take mainly from LinkedIn and the fact you can organize the contacts in groups is very handy. This was all within the free version.

My go-to for card scanning!
This product is super easy to use. It was able to read cards that I was almost certain that it would not, and the export functionality was exceptional.
Most of all the customer support in the app was the best I’ve ever seen. Responses to questions were always within 5 to 10 minutes and always helpful and professional.
