Preparação Fisica

O app e muito bom mas uma sugestão. Poderia ter a parte de Preparação Física, levantamento de pesos etc, muitos se inspiram nos atletas do Bjj College que sempre estão em primeiro lugar nos campeonatos, não poderia ser diferente no app para ficar mais completo e em primeiro na mídia digital

Quase perfeito

Senti falta de vídeos de técnicas com mais tempo, explicando um pouco mais sobre os objetivos da posição e não só mostrando a execução. Seria interessante também montar planos de treinamento em módulos para o aluno ir seguindo aquilo, nenhum app de bjj até o momento tem isso. De resto o app é mto bom, mas dá para ficar melhor!
