Like app a lot but

Like app a lot but a couple of the features do not work primarily the submit a photo for training sessions does not let me upload any photos.

Response from developer

Hey, thanks for your review. I've fixed the issue with the photos today. Please try again. Thanks for using the BJJ Notes App.

It’s ehh

Tried this app for about a week. Sounded really cool and loved the idea of it keeping track of my training days and that I could add notes. I liked that you could chose different moves and work on them for a set number of days.

Of course this was under the free version and after it expired it all went away. I just don’t see the benefit of paying for something I can do myself. I can go onto YouTube and look at videos I want to get better at. I’ll just track my training days on my calendar. Nothing else would be worth paying for the amount asked.

Response from developer

Thanks for the honest review. The app really shines the more you log; patterns, weekly recaps, and AI insights start surfacing that a calendar just can't give you. You can also compete with your gym crew, have your coach share classes and assign techniques to focus on, and build game plans for competitions. There's a lot under the surface. Totally understand if it's not the right fit right now. Always welcome back!

Amazing App

Use this app with my students and it’s really helpful, would highly recommend

Very Helpful BJJ App

I’ve been using the BJJ Notes app for just under a year and have seen incremental improvements to the user experience. It helps me quickly log and track sessions in a very detailed way, which I need to keep myself accountable and to cement what I’m learning.

If you value note taking and need an easy system, don’t hesitate to grab this app today. Oss 🥋

Fantastic App

So far I’m loving it, you can keep incredibly in depth track of almost anything you can think of with this app. Perfect for you if you like to track progression over time

Response from developer

Thanks for using the BJJ Notes App!

Great app

Great app with awesome support. Makes tracking training so easy.

Response from developer

Thank you! Stay tuned for the new version!

Some bugs but works great!

Looks like I can’t save a technique without saving a YouTube video, can’t delete notes, and the text wrapping is off in the notes. Other than that, very helpful for training!

Response from developer

Hey Micha! There is a new version will be released this week that fixes some of these issues. I will be fixing the remaining in the next few days. Thanks for reporting and using the BJJ Notes App.

Training Time vs Programming Time

Just started using this app and I found it incredibly helpful and better than others. Looks like the Devs have been pretty active with updates, hopefully they’re as active in their training. Look forward to seeing more from the app.

Response from developer

Thank you so much! New features are coming up soon! stay tuned.

It’s good and getting great

I only reviewed this a week or so ago and since then, all of the little nice to haves, have been done!

Tracking your progress on you BJJ journey, is useful and I wish I’d done it earlier!

The main issue I had, was not being able to add you’re own techniques, as the list was good but not complete! Now you can and it’s really useful! Along with this, also added is your session type (open mat, regular, private, seminar), which is something that is important to me.

Overall I’m very happy!
