This app is amazing with finding videos and analyzing technique. I’ve been training for 12 years and it’s been extremely useful for me to keep myself on track with what I want to do. And if I have a question or need to see a detail, it pulls up the EXACT video I need. As a competitor as well, it has done wonders for keeping me sticking to my training schedule!

BJJ Os is the Best BJJ app hands down, this app has videos, ai professor and a complete library of technique. Perfect app to get to find techniques to improve your game
Slick Tool
The AI agent does a nice job prompting the kind of notes from my sessions that lend to the tips & videos that help me retain what I’ve learned, and build out my training priorities. Very nice addition to my jiu jitsu toolkit!

Been training about 4 months and randomly found this app searching the App Store. Honestly it's been a game changer.
I used to spend forever on YouTube trying to find the right videos for techniques we learned in class. Half the time I'd end up watching some random person's version that didn't match what my coach taught.
This app saves so much time - I can search for exactly what I need and actually find quality instruction. The AI coach is surprisingly helpful too, like having someone to ask questions when I'm not at the gym.
Still a white belt figuring everything out but this has definitely sped up my learning. Way better than my old system of trying to remember everything or scrolling through random videos.
Would recommend to anyone starting out!

Great for all belts
Professor OS is awesome. I love the library of videos and its video analysis that breaks down the video into key points that are digestible. I like the insights from professor os when you ask questions and you’re given a good breakdown with text and video as well as time stamps on where to find the specific techniques being described. Having the videos saved in one spot is also great because they can tend to get lost on other platforms. Love the app and looking forward to using it more!

Solid resource for no-gi ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Purple belt training mostly no-gi here. This app has a ton of quality content and the search actually works well for finding specific techniques.
Professor OS is legit - I can ask about sequences or troubleshooting positions and get solid answers. Way more useful than just searching random YouTube channels.
The video library has good coverage of no-gi specific stuff - leg locks, wrestling, back takes, all the things I actually work on. Nice to have everything in one spot instead of bouncing between different platforms.
Been using it to prep for comp and fill in gaps in my game. Worth it if you’re serious about training.

Blue belt here, sitting out with an injury and this app has been a lifesaver. Can't train but I've been studying positions and game planning for when I'm back on the mat.
Professor OS is clutch - I can ask about specific techniques I want to work on and get solid answers. The video library is huge so I'm actually learning new stuff instead of just watching my teammates train.

THIS IS SICK!
I’m a white belt and have so many questions that I don’t get a chance to ask while on the Matts, or even don’t know how to ask. Having this app now I can see what I’m working on and get a pro to show me the correct way. Just like a private class! And now I can do my home work, and apply what I’ve learned in training! LOVE THIS APP
