Amazing app
The best software ever!!!
The greatest jiu jitsu app ever
BJJLINK has been a game-changer for our academy. The app makes student check-ins, communication, and profile management incredibly simple. Our members find it easy to use, and the tools it gives our staff have made day-to-day operations far more efficient. Highly recommend it for any Jiu Jitsu academy looking to streamline their processes.

Terrible interface
Every time I got to log in the bottom pops up and covers the log in information making it impossible to input both my email and password. It’s simply unusable.
Didn’t allow me to sign up
I was inputting all my info, and at the end of the application it asked me for a password. I type it out correctly in both boxes, press sign up and the link wasn’t working. I was stuck on the page and couldn't finish the application process. This app seemed like it has potential but if I can’t simply sign up, then that’s a issue. I would of have gave this one star but just in case it’s my own phones fault (the phone is fairly new)I’ll just give it a 2 for now.

Exactly what I need
If you run a Jiu Jitsu gym and you’re still tracking attendance with a notebook or guessing who showed up last week — it’s time to evolve. I’ve been using BJJLINK at my gym, and it’s honestly made everything way smoother, both for me as a coach and for my students.
From the instructor side, it’s super easy to follow up with students. The app tracks who’s coming to class, who’s been missing, and who’s due for a belt or stripe. I can also add notes to each student — if someone’s working on guard passing or dealing with an injury, I write it down, and I don’t have to remember everything in my head anymore.
Promotions are cleaner too. I can track belt progress, assign techniques, and make sure nobody gets left behind (or jumps ahead too soon). Billing and admin are handled in the app too — memberships, reminders, contracts, all of it. No more chasing people for payments or waiver forms. It’s all digital.
Now from the student side, it’s also super useful. When you log in, you can see the gym’s full class schedule, access instructional videos, and even check out the gym’s mural or lineage tree. It’s really cool to be able to look back and see exactly where your Jiu Jitsu came from — it makes the journey feel more real.
You can also track your own attendance and promotion history, so you always know where you stand. And when your coach assigns techniques or drills, you can review them later right in the app — no more forgetting what you learned in class five minutes after leaving the mat.
Plus, there’s a social side too. You can follow other students, see highlights from competitions, and stay connected to your team even when you’re not training.
Overall, BJJLINK just makes the whole experience better — for coaches, students, and the gym itself. It keeps everything organized, professional, and super easy to use. Whether you’re running an academy or just trying to level up your own training, it’s 100% worth checking out.
