Customer service
Customer service on this exchange is subpar. Always give the same automated responses to questions. Removed the Buy and sell function for ZOOT and set a deadline to withdraw token but makes it impossible to withdraw the token. Canβt get any help from customer service on the issue. Then charges a gas fee to withdraw a token that they frozen on their exchange. Definitely wonβt be using again. Taking my loss and using different exchange to trade.

They Steal Your Money!
BKEX steals itβs customers money. Never reflects the true amount that is really in there. If a crypto goes up 1000 plus percent you have minutes to claim your money before BKEX claims it . This is a well regulated ponzy Scheme and will soon be hearing from my lawyers!
