BKR Energy Application has been sunset
According to a letter, received from Enbridge, the BKR Energy application is no longer being supported and can be considered a legacy product. Hopefully someone may purchase the control algorithm from the developer and reintroduce a new and improved application.

I am unable to access the application on my phone and the web page is also not loading.

App doesn’t sync well with thermostat
Found that the app doesn’t sync well with the thermostat and the data that it collects doesn’t show correctly on the report for the amount of time the heat pump or furnace was used. Also you can’t change anything in the tomorrow switch table tab and for the today switch table tab, you can change it but it will revert back to the original settings ever hour.

Limited information feedback from Diakin One+ thermostat
I have a Diakin ASHP, NG Furnace, and One Plus thermostat installed. Being a 3rd party thermostat the BKR Energy App is capable of mining and providing only a very small dataset from the thermostat. Approximately 75% of the apps features do not function when used with the Diakin thermostat, which is disappointing.
