Account Errors
Hello. I’m still having difficulty setting up my account. None of my profile info saves. It comes up as UNAUTHORIZED, and I can’t even use the help/feedback feature.
….
I can’t even start an account because I have to verify my email and the code is not being sent to my email despite it saying it was sent…tried 3/4 times no success…and no it’s not in my spam folder….

Never receive verification code
I am an activist trying to get away from TT. I’m very vocal about all the places that need exposure, and I’m tired of being suppressed. I was told about this app and I want to support it and I’m excited for the support I could get here to help families from Congo to Palestine to Sudan to Kenya. However, when I just signed up, I waited for my verification code. It’s still not here! I hit the button several times. It’s still not calm. It’s not my spam box. I tried to send a message, but it says I’m not authorized. Please help!

This has been needed since BP. To the Devs, encourage users to hit that feed back section more often to help you all improve the app. Engage with you users more and implement some more trending features and also increase recording time and hashtag character count. To users and Content Creators, I urge you to post, share, support and possibly investing into this. It could be big with support. Keep up the great work!

Issues
There’s still some things that could be worked on, like the character limit for the hashtags and some other minor stuff like trying to exit out someone’s video after you search them up in a search bar but I like it

I love the content!!! It’s awesome for the beginning just waiting for new updates to b able to load longer vids with more creative content options so I don’t have to use another app to make my vids… but all in all a great start… good job
Pilot Mode
I’ve been on this app since the pilot mode and I still can’t create. I’ve contacted customer support… no response so if you’re reading this HELP!!!

Just one glitch I noticed
The app is great glad I have a place to connect with my people 🤎 it really makes me happy especially with other apps shadow banning us for no reason and letting others get away with the same thing. The only glitch I noticed is that I exit out of the camera and it shows it’s still on until I force close the app. Or I could be doing something wrong I’m still new to the app.

Can’t share videos and hard to find other creators
Difficult to find other creators using the search. It only finds people you are following not key words for different content and why do I need to hashtag the key word? Needs an option to share the videos.
Finally an app that’s fair and equitable!
