Scam?
Placed an order which is stuck on “waiting for confirmation”. Chatting with support on the order does nothing. I can’t make a help request because the order is unconfirmed, even though it charged my credit card anyway. Called the restaurant and they said they don’t know what this app is and to use Uber Eats or DoorDash.

The app seems cool. I seen it on TikTok and immediately went to download, but there wasn’t any places in my location. The app need to expand there a lot of black owned restaurants and businesses here in Az

I’ve been wanting to support black business for the last year, but every time I try to use the app it says that nothing is available. I’ve deleted and redownloaded 3 times over the course of months. I can’t imagine how many restaurants are losing out on business because this is happening to so many people.

Nope, this is not it
This mobile app is terrible. There’s no way to track your food, no way to look at the details of your current or previous orders, and no way to contact customer service. I ordered through here a few months ago and after waiting 40 minutes with the order still in “pending” status then finally emailing BAM (bc no way to contact through the app) they informed me my order was canceled. Was reluctant to use BAM again but this time it took an hour and a half for the food to be delivered, during which time we had to call the restaurant for order updates because there is no way to track the order through the app… They do not provide a tracking link like the app description says they do. There was an item missing from the delivery and no way to contact the restaurant or customer service through the app, so I had to again email them with the order number.I love the idea of supporting black owned businesses through this app but the app is just terrible. These businesses are missing out on revenue because the BAM app is so bad.

Janky refunds
My best friend ordered from this app. They canceled her order without an explanation after waiting for over an hour. Then they only gave her 50% of her money back and didn’t refund the tip. Why keep the tip when she never was serviced? Not even gonna try ordering from this app at all for myself
App doesn’t work
“BAM is packed. BAM is currently experiencing high volumes of orders. Please try again in a few minutes.” Is the message I’m getting when I tried yesterday and today.
Service needs work
Customer service is not available often. Deliveries can take up 3 hours. Way too long to wait especially for the delivery price. Needs a lot of work.
White restaurant can sue you for discrimination
BAM! It’s ok to add a white company they spend a lot of money all I’m saying is don’t limit your income because you only want to serve black people and there business I bet white people order food from your app so what make you think they don’t want to advertise a restaurant on your app BAM! WAM!

I don’t order often, but when I do, it’s great.
When Black and Mobile came to Atlanta, I was excited to support the black businesses in the area. While the delivery cost is a little higher than your other delivery platforms, I feel it’s worth it because I’m supporting my community. Also, this app has the BEST notification sound in the world! It always brings a smile to my face!
