Compounded Charges
I wanted to order from the app, 1 big shipment, but they tack shipping and handling of $6-$8 on every single item. You can’t be like Amazon and out everything in 1 box and have a single shipping/handling charge instead of 10 separate charges? It’s not good business sense.

The App won’t allow me to edit my Shopper Profile. I realized after I placed an order that my email address was wrong by 1 letter. No matter how hard I try or what menus I navigate, I cannot find a way to edit my profile and change my email address
Needless to say, my order was made and shipped without any issues, besides the fact that the shipping info and my receipt went to the wrong email. Other than that, Black and Nobel, keep doing your thing!
