Worst App in the history of all APPS!!!
Seriously who made this app?? A two year old?? I give it a 1 star because 0 wasn’t a option!!!! In all the world of things we dealers use?!? This has to be the worst thing we use everyday!! It’s always logging us out, carfax works half the time and always logs us out!!! I mean seriously folks get it together!!!! Blackbook?? Cox automotive?!? I’m calling you out!! This app is a JOKE!! Get your stuff together!!!

Glitchy and Unreliable
Way too many glitches, crashes EVERY single time I use it at auction a FEW times, logs you out unexpectedly; this app will lose you money as a dealer. This is intended for quick scanning and bidding on vehicles from auction and it will lock you out for minutes at a time altogether, much less when you’re in-lane trying to make quick decisions. The values are fine, whoever designed the app did horrendous. Find another way to get blackbook values

Frustrating
So many times the App won’t even open when you need it…I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling it, but it may work once or twice and then nothing…there HAS to be an easy fix for it

The only reason I give It a one star is because I can’t give it a zero!!! which is what it deserves!! Who ever wrote this app must have been high on something that day!! Crashes every time you try and use it! WAY TO MUCH GOING ON! Like the saying goes don’t try to do everything because you’ll be no good at anything!!! This app STINKS!!! I’m even surprised apple let them list it!!!

Blackbook not intended for consumer use
The,reason consumers are not intended too use black book is very simple blackbook is really used when going too auto auctions and you have too pay a monthly or annual fee now if a consumer wants too pay that that’s really not a smart idea because it’s really not gonna benefit you at all.
Terrible VIN scanner
As the subject title says, the VIN scanner is horrible. It takes 3 or more scans usually to register the correct vin. I need this app for one thing and that’s convenience, so far it’s not been.

Blackbook needs to get this right. Too many people rely on this information for the app to be this bad.
Vin scan doesnt work on most of the cars we scan.
Vin scan does not work on BMW, Mini and other makes.
Needs updates and fixes
For an app that I rely on daily to buy cars it’s frustrating that your apps use of the camera cannot scan most vins. I know it’s not my phone. Vin scan works in everyone other wholesale app I use but this one.

Recently updated and now app crashes every time I try to vin scan. Messaged support and still no fix 3 weeks later.

That’s a really waste of money even when you discover that you don’t like the app and don’t gain any benefit from you will have a hard time with them to cancel and they will fight to charge you more and more keep away as you can find the same information free on kbb and many other free applications

Terrible
I’ve used several dealer booking apps over 8 years and this is by far the worst. I paid for a year up front (my mistake). Immediately didn’t like it, called my representative and she said they would be integrating with who I buy my cars from within a month. I’ve had it almost 5 months and I haven’t changed my mind. You have to press multiple buttons to book a car out unlike other apps I’ve used. All of the other apps I’ve used use blackbook values, but just the specific application is terrible.
